At D1 Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards included to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
